DismissAll is not a simple car line application. It's a powerful tool for school administrators to manage all student traffic after school. You can manage your car pickup line and also after school activities such as clubs by using DismissAll. DismissAll android application is used in the school entrance gate to enter the arriving vehicle's information. Teachers can access to the web application to notify students of their parents' arrival. Each parent has a numbered tag specific to their students called a Pickup ID. The Pickup ID is used within the application to link the parent's vehicle with the students in their family. Unlike other applications, you can assign one pickup id for siblings.
DismissAll makes student release more efficient and safer. You can assign more than one dismissall information for each student. Let's say a student has an after school club activity on Monday and the other days he is a walker. You don't have to change your walker or club lists every day. You can save time and money on staff time by using DismissAll. You can assign the student's Monday release information as club and for the other days as a Walker. After finishing your Auto Call settings; DismissAll will call the student with the club list on Mondays, and with the walkers for the other days. You can schedule a time for Walkers, Parent Walkers, Clubs and anything else for making your job easier. When you schedule Clubs' release time as 15:15. The students' names in the Club list for current day will pop up at the classroom screens starting at 15:15. It's easy to catch the names on the screen because the application is releasing one student per second.
You can use either android application or web application at your front office, for Parent Walker students. Both applications has search student options. Your parents don't have to know their students' Pickup Id. You will save time by not searching the student's pickup id in the excel spreadsheets.
Teachers can show this screen to their classroom. There is a filtering option on the top of the list. The school administration is able to change the filter type and they can choose filtering the students by "Grades", "Room Numbers" or "Teacher ID" numbers. It may depends on the lesson schedule type of the school. Either way teachers will be able to filter the student names. And also there is a notification sound for the new inserts at the screen.
If a teacher has students in his/her classroom belong to two different grades, He/she can use double monitor for filtering two different grades at the same time. Or teachers can send their students to another teacher's classroom during dismissal procedure for any reason. By using double monitor, it will be easier to catch the student names on the screen.
An assigned person can find the students and send their names to the classrooms' screens by using Web Search page. For making a search you can use Pickup ID, First name or lastname of a student. After finding the student you can just click to Call button for sending student's name to the monitoring screens. This tool may be useful for the front offices, because the parents who are not using car pickup, may not know the pickup ids of their students. You can also make a search on our android application.
An assigned person must start the session before dismissal and finish it after dismissal. School administrators are able to see this page for starting or finishing a session. You can also start/finish the session on our android application.

The school administrators can find AutoCall Editor under the Advanced Settings menu. It's same page with color code editor. You can use the AutoCall Timer Column for scheduled dismissals for exact locations. For example, you can type 16:15:00 for the Clubs row. This tool will start sending the student names to the monitoring screen at that time. It will add one student per second to the screen. But screen refreshing periods are 4 seconds. So it will add 4 students to monitoring screens per refresh.
The school administrators can upload the student information to the DismissAll database by using Import List Template. You can use same pickup id for siblings. When their parents show up you can call the siblings by entering a single code to application. You can use this tool for massive updates on your data. That's why the student numbers must be unique for each student. Import tool will check the data if the student number already exist, it will update all the other columns. If it doesn't exist, it will insert a new student to your database. You can use grade column for filtering monitor screens. You can use only numbers for it (Grades / Room Numbers / Teacher IDs etc.). The import file's extension must be *.csv please use the import template for the best results.
You need the write the default dismiss location for each student to Default Column. And the day columns (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun) are standing for clubs or different activities. For example if a student's default location is Car-Pickup Zone, and Tue(Tuesday) column is Club. The application will check the Tue column on Tuesdays, if student has an information at that column, it will use that location for dismissal. If Tue column is empty, it will use the default location for dismissal.

In its popular deployment on the internet, HTTPS provides authentication of the website and associated web server with which one is communicating, which protects against man-in-the-middle attacks. Additionally, it provides bidirectional encryption of communications between a client and server, which protects against eavesdropping and tampering with or forging the contents of the communication. In practice, this provides a reasonable guarantee that one is communicating with precisely the website that one intended to communicate with (as opposed to an impostor), as well as ensuring that the contents of communications between the user and site cannot be read or forged by any third party.
